I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, providing hot water for tea, an amazing breakfast, and even driving me to the nearest convenience store when it was raining outside. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, including a lovely onsen and comfortable, traditional Japanese-style rooms. I loved how clean and warm my room was, making me feel right at home. The location was also perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, surrounded by beautiful snowy mountains.

The breakfast buffet was filling and affordable, offering a variety of options. The hot baths were relaxing, especially the tatami room onsen and the natural mountain water available to drink. the staff was kind and helpful, offering services such as bike storage and a room to dry our clothes.

The hotel was a bit of a walk from the train station and town center, about 15 minutes. However, the walk had stunning views of the river and surrounding mountains.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. the buffet breakfast and onsen were definitely the best aspects of my stay. the breakfast offered a lot of food for affordable prices and the onsen had both indoor and outdoor options. the hotel's location near the mountains was amazing, allowing for beautiful views and tranquil surroundings during the snowy season.
